Preparation Time: 15 minutes
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1 avocado, halved and pitted
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
¼ cup yellow onion, chopped finely
¼ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Salt and ground black pepper, as required
1. With a small scooper, scoop out the flesh from the middle of each avocado
half and transfer into a bowl.
