Hanger Steak in Mole Rub

1 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 hanger steaks
2 tablespoons coriander seeds
2 tablespoons ground coffee
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons salt
4 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
4 teaspoons brown sugar
1) Preheat the air fryer to 3900F.
2) Place the grill pan accessory in the air fryer.
3) In a bowl, make the spice rub by combining the coriander seeds, ground coffee,
salt, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and black pepper.
4) Rub the spice mixture on the steaks and brush with oil.
5) Grill for 30 minutes and make sure to flip the meat every 10 minutes for even
grilling and cook in batches.
