Italian Beef Roast

Serves: 10
Cooking Time: 3 hours
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup water
½ teaspoon thyme
1 onion, sliced thinly
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon salt
2 ½ pounds beef round roast
4 tablespoons olive oil
1) Place all ingredients in a baking dish and make sure that the entire surface of the
beef is coated with the spices.
2) Place the baking dish with the bee in the air fryer. Close.
3) Cook for 3 hours at 4000F.
