Keto-Approved Cheeseburger Bake

Cooking Time: 35 minutes
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2-pound bacon, cut into small pieces
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1-pound ground beef
4 eggs
6-ounce shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1) Lightly grease baking pan of air fryer with cooking spray. Add beef, onion
powder, and garlic. For 10 minutes, cook on 360oF. stirring and crumbling
halfway through cooking time.
2) Discard excess fat and evenly spread ground beef on bottom of pan. Top with
evenly spread bacon slices. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
3) In a bowl, whisk well pepper, salt, heavy cream, and eggs. Pour over bacon.
4) Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of eggs.
5) Cover pan with foil and cook for 15 minutes.
6) Uncover and cook for another 10 minutes until tops are browned and eggs are set.
7) Serve and enjoy.
