Meat Balls with Mint Yogurt Dip From Morocco

¼ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon mint, chopped
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon red chili paste
1-pound ground beef
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons buttermilk
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons mint
Salt and pepper to taste
1) In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, red
chili paste, minced garlic, parsley, chopped mint, egg, and bread crumbs. Season
with salt and pepper to taste. Use your hands and form small balls. Set aside and
allow to rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
2) Preheat the air fryer to 3300F.
3) Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes. Give the air
fryer basket a shake to cook evenly.
4) Meanwhile, mix the Greek yogurt, sour cream, buttermilk, mint, garlic, and honey
in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
5) Serve the meatballs with the yogurt sauce.
