Meatloaf with Sweet-Sour Glaze

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
½ medium onion, chopped
½ Tbsp lightly dried (or fresh chopped) Parsley
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp (or 2 cloves) minced garlic
1 tsp dried basil
1/3 cup Kellogg’s corn flakes crumbs
1-2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1-2 tsp salt
1-pound lean ground beef (93% fat free), raw
3 tsp Splenda (or Truvia) brown sugar blend
5 Tbsp Heinz reduced-sugar ketchup
8-oz tomato sauce, divided
1) Lightly grease baking pan of air fryer with cooking spray.
2) In a large bowl, mix well 6-oz tomato sauce, garlic, pepper, salt, corn flake
crumbs, and onion. Stir in ground beef and mix well with hands.
3) Evenly spread ground beef mixture in pan, ensuring that it is lumped altogether.
4) In a medium bowl, whisk all remaining Ingredients together to make a glaze. Pour
on top of ground beef.
5) Cover pan with foil.
6) For 15 minutes, cook on 360oF. Remove foil and continue cooking for another 10
7) Let it stand for 5 minutes.
8) Serve and enjoy.
